Logo Redesign For a Plantation Shutter Company
Business Overview
Here at Scorpio Digital we were excited to be approached by our client Bishops of Sussex, who sought to embark on a logo redesign journey with us. The focus of this project was centred on infusing new colours into their existing palette and delving into various font options to enhance their visual identity. Despite the desire for a fresh look, Bishops of Sussex were keen on retaining the core imagery in their logo, recognising its significance in representing their company. We also agreed with their perspective as the current logo, with its simplicity, boldness, and symbolic portrayal of shutters, effectively encapsulated the essence of their brand. Collaborating closely with Bishops of Sussex, we navigated the creative process to seamlessly integrate some new colours and explore font alternatives.

Colour Scheme
In response to our client’s vision of cultivating a modern country pub ambiance, we meticulously tested a professional yet contemporary colour scheme. Adhering to our client’s brief, we chose a palette that seamlessly merged modern aesthetics with a rustic charm. The selection prominently featured slate greys and blues, giving sophistication and a sense of timeless elegance. These cool tones not only added a touch of refinement but also fostered a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, reminiscent of a classic countryside pub. To inject a natural and organic element into the design, we introduced an accent of mossy green. This earthy hue not only complemented the greys and blues but also brought a touch of freshness, mirroring the vibrancy of the outdoors. As a result, the colour scheme achieved the perfect balance, satisfying our client’s desire for a modern take on the traditional country pub feel.
